"Santa Barbara" a Santa Barbara Travel Page by cheap_tourist

I have only been to Santa Barbara four times. The first time, my parents showed me around. We first explored Stearns Wharf. We then took the shuttle bus to Downtown Santa Barbara. We had no map but we were able to find the County Courthouse. We climbed its tower which was open to the public. We had a nice aerial view of the city and its surroundings.

The second time was four years later. I went there by myself. I tried to retrace the steps we took before. I found where we had breakfast. I saw Stearns Wharf again. I knew where to take the shuttle bus and where to get off. I followed the Red Tile Walking Tour recommended by the Santa Barbara Carfree Organization and found the County Courthouse. Because I had a map this time, I was able to see in a short time many of Santa Barbara's historic sites. The descriptions accompanying the map gave me background information on the places I visited.

On my fourth visit, I saw Mission Santa Barbara in addition to the city's other must-sees. This time I made sure that I got pictures.
