Another early start 6.00am (I was all set to murder Roy at this point) for the drive to Baltimore to visit the Aquarium (www.aqua.org) . Best parts for me were the Tropical Rain Forest and Amazon River Forest exhibits and the Dolphin Show. We spent a happy morning gawping at fish (who gawped back) and tripping over schoolkids.... remind me to go to museums and such in school holidays in future....
We met cmthomas again for lunch, really nice restaurant in Little Italy… Clarence had the most enormous salad and my two course was more than wenough food for me. Roysie on the other hand STILL looked hungry after a huge lunch. Sad goodbyes to Clarence, will I ever see you again???? thanks for all your patience and guidance Clarence, it was a great pleasure.
Um a lil bit touristy for me... but the general public seemed to like it.
- Pros:Not a bad town, on the waterfront, fairly small and crowded after Washington
- Cons:I simply did not have enough time there
- In a nutshell:I'd like to go again at a more leisurely pace

If you go to Baltimore again, know ahead of time where to find things you're interested in. There are fewer and fewer interesting places, but they still exist. Let me know if you need any tips- I grew up in Baltimore and still go back a few times a year.
Next time you visit Baltimore let me know. It would be nice to meet you and have lunch or dinner. Baltimore is a wonderful blue collar city unlike many of the more professional type cities.
