While I was in Toulouse for a French course, I decided to take the train and visit Carcassonne.
It’s a very small place, and I think you can do it in one day…..actually if you’re only interested in the Cité Médiévale…..
I know there is much more to see here, like wine tasting in some castles and so on…..I would recommend to visit their official page and plan your trip better…..http://www.carcassonne.org/

Eating Cassoulet inside the Cité Médiévale was awesome!!!!……
One can not leave south of France without eating this tipical dish....

I didn't plan my trip back to Toulouse very well, so I had to whait two hours for the next train.....it ended up being even better, cause I stayed at Place Carnot having some beers and watching a jazz concert.....It was really great....
