Wow this place is just the cure for a weary traveller , i ended up staying here for a week the yha there is fantastic , and a good meeting place , great pokie little bars a short stumbling distance from anywhere ,relax during the day walks along the beach or swimming in the clear waters of the algarve .

It seemed timeless here watching fishing boats coming in with there catch or an oldman fishing in the harbour passing the time ,its very relaxing

Getting arounds easy and its easy to walk from one side of town to the other just becareful not to go into to many bars on the way .

The zanzibar pub Things to Do (1)

When in largos and out on the town make sure you stop in at the zanzibar inn ,its basically a bar run by an older lady... more travel advice

Hi Dave, I think you made a mistake. Covoes Largos is a very tiny village 30 Km from the sea. You mean Lagos, a popular city in Algarve, don't you?
