There have been shootings in the mall in the middle of the inner harbor- the most tourist laden area of Baltimore. The city is not safe and you should be very cautious when visiting. I would recommend not visiting the city until the crime subsides. | Aafia Thu Jul 12, 2007 12:38 UTC
