It's time to leave Wawel Castle Review

We are leaving this beautiful castle. The gates are closed already, so we can use the small exite for at the left. After a few minutes we'll go the hotel by taxi to , have a sleep and then in the early morning we start driving back to Lithuania.

Going down from Wawel Castle Wawel Castle Review

Going down from Wawel Castle opens nice views and spots of the Old Town. Actually there are two entrances to the Wawel Castle. The one we used leads to the Royal Way in the Old Town. I suggest to use this way for to start your sightseeing into downtown.

And here it comes the last look at the Wawel Cathedral and, of course, the last picture of it in the evening. It's getting darker and soon they will close the gates, but the turists are still enjoying it.

That's how it looks some steps back. OK, I'm not telling again that it's just beautiful... Hehehe...:-) I guess, Wawel Castle makes really a huge impact and you want to repeat how gorgeous and magnificent it is again and again.

Lights are on the windows, the atmosphere is getting more romantic. I liked these old buildings covered with colourful leaves.

Unfortunatelly it's getting darker, but the castle still looks gorgeous. These two buildings are like the gates into the inner yeard where stands Wawel Cathedral. Exactly the same place from where I've noticed it when I was walking here last night:-)

One of the towers from the inside yeard. The house standing on the left has a restaurant inside. You'll see the main door for the entrance. Be sure to try this opportunity:-) It's really yummy what they have in their kitchen and really a good wine:-)

The base of the tower, as well as of all castle are still from the stones. Although for upper things they used bricks for to renovate it. Perhaps there's no need to repeat that it looks nice?:-)

After we had a great and long walk in the Old Town, we decided to end our sightseeing at the same place where it has started - at Wawel Castle. On the picture you can see one of the towers of the castle and entrance into it.
