My home town...

Kaunas is the second largest city of Lithuania.
The most beautiful places which I like and recomend you to see here in Kaunas are:
Pazaislis Cloister, an Old Town, Laisves Avenue.

Pazaislis Cloister

A wonderful baroque architecture, a quit place and wonderful nature - visit Pazaislis Cloister Take a walk through a way to the Yacht Club and you'll find a nice view with lots of yachts sailing at the Kaunas sea, a restaurant 'Miesto Sodas' in the yacht club also a good rest for a whole day.

You can rent a boat for to sail in the Kaunas Sea
and to look around.

An Old Town...

Kaunas Castle

Although an Old Town of Kaunas isn't very big, but it's always nice to take a walk around near the confluence of two biggest Lithuania's rivers the Nemunas and the Neris. Here you'll find:

Kaunas Castle, Seminary of Priests, a wonderful white Town Hall, Vytautas Church, the Cathedral etc.
