Rex is a relatively modern hotel whose only disadvantage lies in its location. It's located in a drab residential area about 15 minutes walk or 5 to 10 minutes drive to the citadel. The room was good, we had a TV (with mostly German channels), private showers, and a stocked fridge. The room was quiet and the staff was helpful. We tried the downstairs restaurant and it was quite good (unfortunatelly very smoky too).
