Don`t belive the guide book

So the lonely planet guide book says something along the lines of 'bleak industrial city, not worth a stop'

Welll, i think it would be a mistake to not check this place out!
No tourists really, nice clean city, good food joints/entertainment/excellant market/cinemas/parks etc...

Pros and Cons

Pros:Friendly people, pleasure to walk around the city
Cons:Transport/trams etc...finishes early - 10.30/11pm.Taxies try and rip you off.Small choice of hotels.No hostel
