    • IIn the middle you can see the St. Peter monastery. On the left the archaeological museum. Following the path will bring you to the old habour of Jaffa which is a fisherman- and Yacht-port nowadays. The port became important in the 2nd millennium before Christ and has been replaced by the modern ports in Haifa and Ashdod.

    • The Clock Tower was build 1906 in memory of the fifty year old government of the osmanic sultan Abu Hamit II.
    At the tower there is a commemorative plaque for the Israeli who have been killed in action during the annexation of Jaffa in 1948.

    • Old-Jaffa: Franziskaner monastery St. Peter
    The St. Peter monastery was build in 1654 on the Acropolis Hill replacing a crusader castle of the 13th century, which you can still reach through a stairway in the courtyard of the monastery.

    Directions: At the place before the St. Peter monastery and east of it in the park area on hill Gan Hapisga you can watch several excavations.
