Flying over Chile near Santiago, on an Airbus 340

Hello!! Just like everyone else here, I love to travel and meet people around this world. But more important, I believe that travelling nourishes our mind with experience, understanding, and the appreciation of who we are. It may seem that not everyone can travel the entire planet, but the more places one ventures to, the more possible it becomes. And that, I believe, is what it's all about. The possiblity of learning as much as we can about our planet, our neighbors, and more importantly, ourselves...

There is a common saying, "It takes a village to raise a child". Well, it seems like everyday that village is growing larger. We are all so different, yet similar in many ways. Whether we live far apart or close by, the meaning of that common saying still holds true today; our future depends on the responsibilty of our community.

Thanks VT for helping create that stronger community!

Hope the pictures and words I can share with others will make all of us realize that this planet isn't as big afterall.
