Before you read this you must be aware of that I loooove this small, beutiful, charming sea town. I have spent most summers and some winterholidays there. B?stad have it all, peace, seagulls, the ocean, the beach, small pitoresque shops. The streets are small and the town is crowded in the summer. B?stad is know for its Tennis events but in the last 5 - 10 years the prominent people in Sweden have noticed the small town. They are now invading the peace with their fast cars and high standars. B?stad has always had a high standard, the house-prices are high but now the race up to nearly the double. Even if you just want a small summer house there it cost like a big house.
I have been fortunate to have relatives living here so I have seen what the town was like before tv-moderators, popstars and other posh people took over the place.
But all I can do still is took recommend a visit at this wounderful town!!
- Pros:It is a warm town with lots of nice things to do.
- Cons:to much people and cars in the summer
