In July 2005, Alex & I spent a week in Russia. It was a particularly exciting holiday for us, as my father-in-law was Russian and Alex had been looking forward to seeing the Russian way of life first-hand. Our first few days were spent in Moscow. The first day and a half was amazing - such buildings to see and photograph! But alas, then poor Alex got food poisoning....and our remaining day was spent in the hotel room. But what we saw, we liked! For full details of our trip, see my full Trip Report on my Russia Page. To see what we got up to on the rest of the trip, visit my St Petersburg page. |
