Amsterdam forever!! The houseboats were taxed even less. Now the taxes on houseboats are terrible, but not as bad as housing along the canal. The hooks on the buildings raise the furniture to the various apartments. It's because the stairs are too narrow. | Nemorino Sun Nov 19, 2006 18:25 UTC
Hi Sue, thanks for your birthday wishes. I'm glad you enjoyed your weekend in Amsterdam. I was there last May for a few days and had a great time cycling all around. |
