We have some lovely friends who live in Ipswich, and one weekend we went to stay with them for the night. Not wanting to offend anyone, but I wasn't too keen on Ipswich itself....
We did however have a great time visiting our friends, and enjoyed the surrounding countryside and villages.

I was here at the weekend too! Had to change trains but didnt have the inclination to take a photo cos I was loaded with rucksack, tent etc and couldn't be bothered to dig camera out. But I agree, the countryside did look lovely.
