Jumièges Travel Guide: 12 reviews and 70 photos

On our trip to Normandy in we spent a day exploring the Abbey Route (D982) which follows the Seine Valley just west of Rouen.

One of the Abbeys we visited was Jumièges.

Impressive Abbey. You must get up north and visit some of England's abbeys. Fountains Abbey is really special.

Beautiful pics of the old abbey! This is just the sort of holiday I like - tooling around the back roads on a sunny day taking in the many attractions and sights as they come!

It looks like you liked the Abbey that much, that you even forgot to have lunch or dinner in this lovely town. :-)

So it seems you managed to "hoon" in every french town you visited? But surely in France it would be called 'ooning? ;-)
