Menara Telecommunications Tower: Menara Kuala Lumpur
  • Tip Rating:
  • The perfect way of starting the visit to a city it is seeing it from the sky, in KL tower you can do this and makeup an idea of what is what you are going to find down there. KL tower seems to be nearly as tall as Petronas Towers because KL telecomunication tower is build in a hill. The area of KL tower is of big and long avenues so its better going by taxi or other transport.

    Batu Caves: Batu Caves
  • Tip Rating:
  • I didn't wanted to go to Batu Caves because I thought they where going to be very tourist and nothing but steps. But I was wrong. I did like them very much because of the colours and every thing around. I get there and you can have something to eat, wonderful indian food there and then with all the energy of the nice food begin with the steps. Its not to much, really. They are a lot of monkeys. Down the steps you can also go in a cave where you have to pay a very little amount, RM 1.00 for going in, where there are a lot of hindus statues. Colour and history. Very nice

Petronas Twin Towers: Petronas Twin Towers
  • Tip Rating:
  • Of course you must see Petronas, but it is dificult to not see them because you can see them from nearly every place in Kuala. If you want to get up you to the bridge you should go early in the morning because as is free you have to wait a long time in the row to get up. Inside you will find a big shopping and outside, there is a garden, a very nice place to go in the knight to have a drink or something

  • As to any temple you visit, you should go at a time when you can see the people praying. A temple without people is nothing

Churches, Temples & Mosques: Thean Hou Temple
  • Tip Rating:
  • Thean Hou Temple is a building which has the richest features of Chinese Architectural beauty in Malaysia. In one of the out sides there is a fountain of holy watter. Its main attractions include Balustrades, decorative Beams, Domed ceiling. Souvenir Stall, Restaurant ... and Wishing Well
Like in other chinese temple you can see your future. In the pic my friend Angela reading her future paper.

You want to know what I get:

    "A GOOD TURN DESERVES ANOTHER"
"ONE WITH A HEART OF GOLD WITH ATTRACT PATRONS TO HELP HIM TO PROGRESS AND SUCCESS. IT WILL BE PLAIN SAILING FOR VENTURES EMBARKED UPON."

    GUIDELINE:

HONOUR & MERIT: PROSPECTS OF ACHIVEMENT GOOD.

    MARRIAGE: PERFECT MARRIAGE.

HEALTH: NEED PATRONAGE FOR COMPLETE RECOVERY

CHANGE OF ABODE OR PROFESSION AND TRAVEL : GOOD

All that tolds me my wishing paper... well... what can I say??

Churches, Temples & Mosques: Hindu Valluvar Kottam (Art Gallery)
  • Tip Rating:
  • Down the Batu Cave there is a big hindu art gallery in down caves.

Valluvar was a poet saint who lived some two thousand years ago. He was bom in Mayilaapur in Tamilnadu State, India.

Valluvar was a pious man with a strict sense of duty. He served the King, his family and society faithfully and honestly. He had a keen intellect and a fluent mastery of the Tamil language.

Although he was a Householder, he was a sagely and learned person filled with sincere devotion to God. His poems are maxims and homilies to guide his fellow human beings in the proper conduct of their lives. The poems, 1,330 pithy couplets, are filled with sagely wisdom meaningfully consistent with all times.

Overseas Tamil Indians have designated the Tirukkural as their "holy scripture" equivalent to holy books of other religions.
The cave walls of the Valluvar Kottam are covered with statuary exhibits, murals and inscriptions of the poet's couplets. Unfortunately, the inscriptions are in Tamil without any translations or explanations to help the non-Tamil speaking visitor.

The exhibits are used to illustrate relevant couplets from the Tirukkural, his entire works. Valluvar Kottam is so lit that the atmosphere of a silent cave is well preserved.
