Try to buy the tickets in the morning when the ticket office opens or if you more than 1 day there buy the tickets a day before you want to have the guided tour because a lot of people want a ticket and so you must wait long time at the ticket office. If you have the ticket no more problem, you can be sure to get the guided tour to the time what is standing on the ticket.
