in Portugal we don't have too much snow. and (almost ) you all have 3/4 months snow at your door step. so, making a page showing a sky site in my country sure looks odd. well, if not for th snow i must advice you for the beauty of this place. even on summer time.

we have a lot of interesting spots all around the mountain. from modern and up to date towns to ancient villages still waiting for basic stuff like electricity. all that contrasts within one hour range. amazing and beautifull.

a very charming little town. Sounds as if you were very cozy here.
Serra da Estrela is one of my favorite places but during summer. There's a running race from Torre to Piódão which crosses a beautiful scenery... no roads... not even trails. You should do it :)
Nice tips on the Serra da Estrela! My wife and I really enjoyed the majestic scenery here when we drove through the area 2 weeks ago! Well done!
one place i haven't been to in portugal yet but one place i will surely visit one day.
I know how you feel about snow, we rarely have any here in the south west of England either. The Estrela area of Portugal is lovely. Infact I prefered north Portugal to the south. Nice Photos & Info. (~_~)
Great page! Love you s / w pics!
Nice page. You were lucky with the weather! I will be there the next 4 days, i hope snow is good and sun will shine!!!! :-)
I love snow so i love your page ;-) When i go there i will try for sure "o borges" restaurant.
One of the few places i have to visit next time i come to mainland Portugal! Nice page Vitor. Parabens! :)
