We all say we love to travel but what do we travel for? I could throw in a few cliches and they would all be true... In short, I don't travel just for lovely beaches and night club indulgence, although this is my kind of fun too. But that I can have in my own hometown and a lot cheaper. Getting to know other places, their stories and their people is far more rewarding. As someone said: As you travel through the world, a sense of beautiful mystery seems to gather and grow... Well, I couldn't put it better, I just want this mystery to be my experience too!
The worst thing we can do on our journeys is to choose to stay ignorant, to give up asking questions and make assumptions instead. I believe in asking questions, it's better to appear to be a fool for two minutes than to never know the answer and stay a fool for the rest of your life... And never assume for it makes an A** out of U and ME, and the "beautiful mystery" passes you by! :-)
