Whiskey Blue in the "W": Super-Swanky...or so they say

It was dubbed as "super-swanky" by a local...and it was...ok. Well, it was also our last stop of the night. No idea how much the drinks were (thanks to our host) but I imagine the barbill tallied up there.

Good things: pretty cool bouncers.

Bad thing: to get to the can/john/loo you either had to (i) alight a flight of stairs or (ii) take an elevator (the smart ones use the former).

It's alright...would have been better if we didn't lose one of our party in there (once you see the (small) size of the place you'll know why this was so frustrating).

Dress Code: Suits abound, but you can get in with khakies, as I did.

Coyote Ugly: Not the one in the movie, a knock-off. Coyote Ugly Review

A pretty cool place. We were here after dinner, which means we were a little tooned already and the girls dancing on the bar kind of helped things along. Oh ya, the bartenders are (like in the movie) more like bar-dancers/cheerleaders. They get the (good-looking, female) partons to dance on the bar, too...nice touch.

Tequila is watered down and the shot glasses hold less than you'd guess from their outward apprearance but, nonetheless, does the job quite well.

Dress Code: Anything goes. More down-home the better, it seems.
