Tokyo is crowded and busy like most cities, maybe multiplied a few more times. There're just so many people.
If you don't like cities but find yourself stuck in Tokyo, the best solution is to either stay in the hotel all day watching TV or brace yourself for that short train ride to a place of solitude.
Yes, it's still possible to find areas that are relatively serene, so much so you'll forget you're in Tokyo. |
