It seems such a long time I visited Italy. Can't remember much so not much comments to pass. Although Rome has many tourist attractions gathered within stone's throw of each other, most of them are crowded beyond belief.

The heat even in May is too much for me to bear, so I didn't have the best experience in Rome. Sweltering in the sun, body jamming at sights isn't my idea of fun.

The best experiences I had in Rome were spent at less crowded piazzas, parks and villas, and definitely the cooling fountains.
