"Caldicot" Caldicot by PeterWales

Caldicot is where I used to live in fact its only 1 mile down the road from where I'm living now, its a town of around 12,000 people with lots of amenities with various shops etc t has a large comprehensive which has around 1,500 pupils plus a leisure centre on its grounds with a pool, gym , etc and a recently built skatepark which is used by the Welsh nutters on ' Dirty Sanchez on M.T.V.
Caldicot lies in the Southeast corner of Wales with its brilliant castle which holds weddings and award winning medieval banquets, just on the outskirsts of Caldicot there is Mount Ballan which is home to David Broome who used to be the worlds number 1 show jumper and who has regular Wales & West horse jumping shows.
Caldicot is situated in a rural area and is surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery to be found anywhere in the U.K. with Wentwood Forest and Tintern and the Wye Valley only 20 minutes drive away.
Caldicot is easily reached by the m4 & m5 motorways which link up to both the severnbridges.
