The city of Belgrade is beautifully situated at the confluence of the rivers Sava and Danube.
It's total mixture and quite an interesting view.
This is the Belgrade fortress - many times torn down and rebuilt, it has saved many moments of the town's history.
- Pros:Nice architecture and cheap stay
- Cons:Not very good public transport...

not all the public buses are like this, actually Belgrade management has done a great job on repairing the public transportation. And don't forget, Belgrade hasn't been renewing its park fleet for a decade!!!!
