We hit Fussen after making the journey down the Romantic Road. Fortunately, we were staying the night there as it allowed us to really enjoy all afternoon at Neuschwanstein, without worrying about getting back on the road. In March, the crowds were not out in full force yet, so it was a great time to visit the two castles. |
