With my family back in the US for the summer, I was trying to decide on a place to spend a weekend in August. I was not dissappointed by my choice of Madrid. Between the relaxation of sitting in Plaza Mayor to the attractions of the Royal Palace and the Prada and the non-stop nightlife, I would highly recommend a stop in Madrid to every European traveller.

Keep up the good work with your tips. Just 2 things: it's Puerta (not puerto, that means harbor) del Sol and Prado (not Prada) museum, unless they have an exhibition of Prada products ;)
Great Madrid page, it looks like a nice city. I'm hoping to do a weekend trip later in the year.
Great page! I went last week, and all the beautiful fountains werent on yet...but it is still an impressive city!
