We stayed here during our first visit to Venice and we very happy with both the room and the location. It is in between the Rialto Bridge area and San Marco, with both being very short walks. The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms comfortably fit our family. The water taxi was able to drop us off right at the back door to the hotel, which for our first visit, really impressed the kids. I believe we got lucky with a very good rate, as on subsequent visits, we stayed elsewhere this hotel was very expensive.

We've stayed at this hotel during two different visits, both times getting an apartment type room to accomodate the family. You can't beat the location of this hotel, as it looks out over the Rialto Bridge and the Grand Canal. We had great rooms both times and got a good rate. The only downside, is the elevator does not go all the way up, so if you get a room near the top, you will be carrying luggage up the stairs.

We stayed here during our last visit because we got a great price. Our room was very nice and comfortable, but our friends room was awesome. They had a sitting room and a bedroom with a great view. The hotel is just outside the main areas, so it is relatively quiet at night. The service was not quite as good as our other stays and we got scolded one night for taking the key with us when we went out.
