Warm food

Favorite thing: If ordering hot food make sure you ask for it hot, apparently Bulgarians serve food up warm rather than hot as they believe it to be healthier. We only found this at a couple of places, and when you get hot chocolate ,warm, it really is not the same!!!

Favorite thing: Normally stamps are available where you purchase postacrds. For delivery you can either post them at the Post Office or leave them in reception of the hotel. Cost for stamps for the UK letter is 80 stotinki and for postcards are 40 stotinki.

No to credit cards

Favorite thing: Please do not rely on credit cards for local purchases, you can sometimes pay for excursions with you card, but they are not widely accepted. Cash seems to be the best option.
