GRANTS VISITS TO THE ETERNAL CITY.

by GrantBoone - last update: Jul 22, 2004

SO MUCH TO SEE.

ROMAN SITES. **

Although Ive been lucky enough to visit Rome on two occasions Ive probably only seen half of what the Eternal city has to offer! There is a wealth of ancient monuments to see, most can be reached on foot but you can also take an organised trip as we decided to do.
A rare view inside the Colloseum.

THE ANCIENT ROME TOUR.

The tour can be booked locally, speak to reception at your hotel. The coach tour we took visits sights such as The Colloseum, Forum, Basilica of St Pauls to name just a few. Dont forget to visit the Vatican with its magnificent Sistine chapel, The spanish steps, Trevi fountain and piazza Venezia.
