I have made three trips to Paris and in that time have travelled there by Eurostar train , coach to Dover, England and then ferry to France. Maybe one day I should fly !!!!
On my first two trips to Paris I travelled by coach from London through the night to Dover then boarded the ferry to Calais in France. Back on the coach for the journey to Paris arriving in the northern suburbs of La Villete at 6am .....Phew !!!!
In the year 2000 I travelled back to Paris. This time taking three hours from London Waterloo by Eurostar train straight to Paris Gare du Nord station.

Three trips to Paris? Lucky you! Paris is, and always has been, my dream destination. If I don't make the trip before leaving Europe I'll never forgive myself. Great tips!
Glad you enjoyed your three visits to Paris. From Frankfurt we also now have a fast train to Paris, the InterCityExpress (ICE), which takes less than four hours. There were some problems at first, but now these trains seem quite dependable.
You are so lucky..London to Paris 3 hours.

Hi, I'm always in search of Paris pages and yours is quite good, nice photos as well! I think 3 hours' travel via Eurostar to Paris is just fine. If I were living in England I'd be on the Eurostar to Paris every chance I can get! :)
