My home

I was born in Tayport.
Great place to grow up - freedom to walk around the town, up the braes, down the shore, play in the burn and the common.
Skate on the pond if it froze hard enough.
Swim in the harbour.

Pros and Cons
  • Pros:Small town - great to grow up in 1940's and 1950's
  • Cons:shops and businesses closed down - have to travel to dundee now
  • In a nutshell:my heart is still there
  • Last visit to Tayport: Sep 1987
