    • A short distance up the road, the SBB rail station beckons one to travel anywhere in the network or simply take a day trip to Winterthur, St Gallen, Schaffhausen or the Boden See.

    Or Zurich City.

    If the ticket machine is something that takes some working out, there is always a ticket office and a helpful person to assist you on your way. He or she can explain many details, probably in a language you both can understand. Also issue you a ticket.

    I chose to travel into Zurich for some last minute gifts, instead of leaving it until I got to the airport the next morning.
    You will find some views of Zurick rail station and the trams of Bahnhofstrasse and other roads close by.
