I have been spending short vacations here a couple of times and really like this litte cozy campground which is located just at the beach and not too far away from the center city.
The first time I was here with a friend we brought a small tent and if you do that you'll probably get a spot very close to the sand at the beach whish is quite cool. When you zip up your tent in the morning you'll have a view over tge ocean and at night time you can see the huge bridge with all it's lights.
The second time I was here with a couple of friends we rented a nice cottage which is a great alternative. There are two types of cottages with TV's and small kitchens. The big ones (like the one on the photo) also includes their own toilet.
Of course it's possible to bring you own caravan or mobilehome, and you can also rent one there!
The campgrouns itself offers some nice toilets as well as a small shop, a playoground for the kids and other things.
It's possible to walk to the center of the city from there but a bike is recommended and by car it only takes five minutes.
Unique Qualities: The unique thing about this campground is naturally it's location at the beach which is nice and sandy and it's possible to take a swim even though the water is only hot enough during the best summer period.
