My last visit....go to ski in Dubai

Everytime I go to Dubai there is something new...this is a "under construction" country...there are towsend of new building, shopping centers, artificial islands growing in 2/3 months everywhere.
And Dubai have new attractions...there are towsend of tourists from all over the world and from the hot middle east that spend some days there, so here u can find new things...the snow near the sandy dunes of the desert...Ski Dubai...I'm not used to do strange tricks like this, but it was Christmas and me and my partner have decided to do something strange: to ski on the snow after a day at the beach!

this is a normal villa in the residential area, only a block of house for a family! Only concrete and glass!

Dubai is a big new city.....It's grown up after the discovery of petroleum and new is the new Las Vegas of the Arab country....U can find all u want, from Italian cheese and salamy to the most expensive Inanian carpet, froma traditional arabian feminin dress to the last Armani bikini, from beautifull russian blond girl to have fun during the big dubai nights to the traditional week end picnic on the beach.....Dubai is famouse for the incredible chance of shopping ( I tested that the price are not so exiting like everybody thought), for the big hotel, the new 'artificial' island that are growned in front of it to build exclusive house and hotel ( u can see The Palm Near Jumeira, The world in front of the Creek and the New Palm in front of Sharjah).
In the night u can find hip hop disco, classic concert, the best theatre enterteinement and the big sport events, like Agassi that play tannis on the Elicopther paltform on the Burj Al Arab Hotel.....Dubai is crazy, Dubai is money, but Dubai is also the old souk, the gold shopping area where the girls with the mothers go to buy jewels for the marriage, Dubai is the Creek at the sunset....Dubai is ...Dubai...enjoy the pics!!!!!

This is a new area....the freeway is in the middle of the new skyscreepar....and at 6 o'clock pm is completely full!!!!!!
the traffic in Dubai is incredible!

If you come back to Dubai, you'll see a lot of changes - and traffic has improved! They now have a Metro, which makes going around faster and cheaper. Cheers from the desert!

Snow in Dubai...!!! Whatever next! Never seems to surprise me what they will get up next over there. I am hoping to visit towards the end of the year!!! Great page!
