I'd love to see the Rollright Stones one day, but it seems you need a car to go there. And if you rent one, you have to be careful not to get anything broken, that's a pity.
Interesting information on the Rollright Stones! My wife and I visited the Avebury stone circle a few years ago and were impressed too. I did not know that 'battery detectors' were in use - I hope that was not your car.
