During April 2004 I went to Paris with my daughter Julie for a weeks holiday. As Julie hates flying we went by Eurostar, which made an interesting change. To be democratic we split the week up with a choice of what we both wanted to do. Here we were having a quick bite to eat on the Champs-Élysées
