Restaurant Name: North Beach Pizza
This was good food at a reasonable price, and the "eat all you can" buffet gives you a good choice of pasta, pizza & salad. There's a view of the bay and the bridge to Oakland. The only drawback is that it closes early in the evening, so the staff were keen on us leaving.
