Well, those of you who remember my last homepage will recall that I had not been anywhere much, but was enjoying the deck at the back of my house. Of course, there was, and continues to be plenty of work travel.

However, I did manage to trave for purely personal purposes in October 2005, visiting my sister Anita in England and travelling with her to Venice, Croatia and places incidental. We also made a couple of trips to parts of England.

Over a year later, I am at last updating my pages to show you some of the wonderful places we visited. I hope you enjoy the journey.

And sorry, I couldn't find the photo I was after, so I've used an old one for now. It's me with my Grandmother in about 1964. Trust me, I haven't changed much.

My sister Anita introduced me to Virtual Tourist. She is a real tourist, currently in England on a working visa. Her nickname is AussieMadCow. Have a look at her great photos, or go to my albums to take the MadCow quiz. Anita is one of three younger sisters, the others being Narelle and Rosey, and a brother Andrew. Anita alone remains single and without children; my God, what a catch. Am I missing something?

I have a partner of almost 25 years, Vincent, and three children, Renata (almost 21), Tristan (17) and Dylan (13). Our dog is Penny, and we live in Brisbane. That's probably all you need to know. The photo was taken on Christmas Eve and includes my children, their cousins (my side) and a couple of very respectable ring ins.
