Pod Sloncem Restauracja & Pub ....
Great little restaurant that we found.
We were staying near the sqaure in
Old Town, and this place is one of
those "cellar restaurants" you enter
right on the square.

Great Food - Great Service

Favorite Dish: .
Mary Had:
Pork in bread crumbs
Stewed cabbage
Jacket potatoes & coke
(see picture)

Al Had:
Knuckle of pork in beer
NOTE: this is sold by weight
per 100g - Al had 500g

French fries - salad
Zywiec beer

This was a great little local place
that we found not too far from
where we were staying near the
square in Old Town.

Pierogi stuffed with kapusta
Bigos and bread
coke

Golabki with rice and minced meat
wrapped in cabbage with a horseradish
and mushroon sauce
beer

This was a great place to have lunch.
we had eated at their other location
in Warsaw, and enjoyed that, so a
this place was a must.

Great Food / Great Service

you even get to watch the lady make
fresh handmade pierogi's while you
wait for your order and while you eat.

Polish style home made pasta
with cabbage and sausage
