International Bazaar: Duty-Free Luxury Items From Around the World

I was amazed the first time I went shopping at the International Bazaar. It's been a landmark since the 1960's (when it was built.) There is a striking red Torii Gate outside the entrance. Among the best bargains are watches, clocks, china, crystal, leather goods, jewelry, cameras, and fine linens. However, you can purchase almost anything at this huge Bazaar.

They have a system using a pink flamingo decal on the door or window to indicate the best bartains. What it really means is that this shop with the decal has met strict government guidelines and all the brands that they sell are authentic.

The interesting part of this shopping area is that it is divided by country...Japan, China, India, England, Spain, France, etc.

Give yourself an entire day to shop here. In addition to the shops, there are restaurants and snack shops.

What to buy: We purchased a small carpet, sporting goods, and a camera.
