- Pros:big, lots of places to go visit, many recreational activities
- Cons:easy to get lost, everything seems to be spread out, traffic slow.
- In a nutshell:good if you want to go shopping, but expect to be there a while

The Oshawa has grown and has had many renovation during the past two years. Famous Players movie theatre has gone out of business, yet the mall still strives to attract locals and tourists providing a wide range of stores.
