Ulicinj is at the very southern end of Montenegro, and if you get the bus down the coast from Dubrovnik it's worth making your way down here. You're probably best coming in July or August though because by September the tourist season is over and things begin to close down.

I should visit Ulcinj next summer. The Bradt guide book is still the only one available on Montenegro. It seems that things are improving. I will check !
