ok the photo is a picture of a picture - the most my technology will allow - of the beach at Puerto Lopez, beautiful! Didn't swim though...!
There were these frigate birds that would always just be soaring in the sky, not flying, just catching currents. We came down the road towards the coast in a bus through the cloud forest, which was very exciting. Evenings in Puerto Lopez were very social and upbeat.

Pros and Cons

Pros:Beautiful place, friendly friendly atmosphere
Cons:there's a cafe run by an american couple - chocolate cake and waffles - I put so much weight on!
