Pribram Monestary

Half an hour south west of Prague lies a town called Pribram.

When you are in the neighbourhood you really should have a look at their fantastic hilltop monestary.

Follow the shopping street to the top of the hill. It will take about 30 minutes to the top.
Once on top of the hill, enjoy the view, wonder around the monestary and church (free entrance !). Do not forget to look up, because all the ceilings are beautifully decorated, and as of 2003 completely restored.
Take the covered stairway down again. We lost count on the number of steps, but there are over 1000 steps.
