Hi all and thanks for visiting my page ...
A little about me ... I'm Suzaila from Petaling Jaya, Selangor. I found this website by chance when I was looking for info on Italy mid 2003 and I’ve been a loyal member ever since. With work and the high exchange rate, I haven’t had the chance to travel as much as I would have liked to. So far I’ve been to England, France, USA and my latest trip, Italy. Locally, I’ve been to practically every state in the peninsular and hope to go to Sabah and Sarawak soon. My favourite places in Malaysia are the islands. So far, Perhentian Kecil is at the top of my list.
Things that keep me busy ... If I am not day dreaming about travelling I am usually playing with my 8 cats >'o'< ... reading ... window shopping ... and doing chores. I am also taking up web designing again. My personal website has been collecting ‘cyber-dust’ for a couple of years now. It really needs a facelift.
Future Trips ... Just got back from a 2 week trip to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic ... absolutely amazing ... tips and pictures coming up soon (I hope). |

Shane - named after Shane from Westlife (hey, it was my sisters choice)
Mrs Norris - of the Harry Potter fame
Layzie Bone - named after the georgeous rapper in Bone Thugs n Harmony
Legolas - named after the ever so hansome elf
Sirius - named after another Harry Potter character
Hedwig - named after Harry Potter's owl (I guess by now u can tell that I am a huge Harry Potter fan)
Mini me - because he was the littlest kitten
Chocolate - because she is brown
Brownie - also because she is brown
Colin - latest addition to the happy cat family. |
What I am currently reading ... A He is just not into you by Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo
A good friend of mine recommended me this book after our long heart to heart session about how guys give out mixed signals ... do they like you ... do they don't like you ... like you ... not like you ... on and on and on. I have not finished reading the book yet but I kinda get the the main idea. Guys don't give out mixed signals ... they give out clear ones that us girls just refuse to see. |
* A Review * A Game of Thrones (A Song of Ice and Fire, Book 1) by George R.R. Martin
Kings and Queens, Demons and Monsters, Truth and Lies, Love and Hate, Mysteries and Suspense ... this book has it all.
It is by far one of the finest fantasy novel I've ever read. The style of writing is amazing. Each chapter is written from the point of view of a different character. So instead of having one hero ... you'll have a few and they are all lovable in one way or another.
It is fast paced read and once you've picked it up, you can't put it down. |
| | World of Warcraft I am so hooked on World of Warcraft. Got to play the game for a week on its open beta and it was the best. I chose to play a human priestess who has alchamy and herbology skills. I would probably choose the same on the retail version. Unfortunately, I still have quite a bit of waiting to do cos the retail version won't be out for us in Malaysia anytime soon.
