On the way from Cuba to Bogota I had a 2-nights and 1-day transit in Caracas, Venezuela. Though the security information is not in favor of visiting this city at all, I got a cheaper ticket doing this way and most of all, here is the place I had a nice VT-meeting with Kelly in my South America trip. Thanks Kelly for all what you have done, I hope to give you a similar tour when you are in my city.
In brief my Caracas trip was mainly a nice cable-car trip and a great panoramic view of the city, eatng some great spicy food what I missed from Colombia to Argentina and a great street life in the area where I stayed in a hotel and last but not the least, a guided and motorized city tour by Kelly, the VTer. |
