Bergen op Zoom is a small city in the South West of Holland. It has over 66.000 inhabitants, and it is nicely situated between woods at the eastside and water at the westside of the city.

Bergen op Zoom used to be a fortified city. Nowadays you can still see the remainders of this clearly. But also inside this fortress you can see a lot of old buildings.

Besides old buildings Bergen op Zoom also has a lot of nature to be enjoyed, like a nice forrest, that is a popular place for the local people in the weekends. And in summertime They all go to the other side of town, to enjoy the fresh water of the Binnenschelde.
