Rotterdam is a total different city then all the others in Holland. During the war the city was bombed by the Germans, so the old city centre is completely lost.
Nevertheless Rotterdam is still (or again) well worth a visit. Modern architecture, shopping, and cool activities are the main reasons for a visit to this city at the Meuse river. |
