Ventspils - the 6th largest city in Latvia

The city of Ventspils is located in the northwestern part of Latvia, by the estuary of the River Venta on the coast of the Baltic Sea, 189 km from the capital of Latvia Riga.
Ventspils is considered to have a business friendly environment.
And here, in Ventspils is one of the lowest levels of unemployment in the Latvia.
And, of course, Ventspils is very beautiful city. Really beautiful :-)))
